Welcome to PickUp Pro. PickUp Pro is a mobile application owned and operated by 15042062 Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada (referred to herein as "PickUp Pro," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the PickUp Pro application (the "App" or "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 15042062 Canada Inc. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
PickUp Pro is a recreational sports coordination platform that enables users to discover, join, and participate in pickup sports games and events. The App provides the following core features:
PickUp Pro acts solely as a platform connecting participants. We do not organize, operate, or supervise the physical sports events themselves and are not responsible for the actions of event hosts, organizers, or other participants.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who do not meet these requirements.
You must create an account to access the full features of PickUp Pro. You agree to:
PickUp Pro reserves the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
All payments for game registrations are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. PickUp Pro stores only the last four digits of your card, expiry date, and card brand for display purposes. Full card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay where supported on iOS, and PickUp Pro in-app wallet credits.
PickUp Pro maintains an in-app wallet that may contain credits earned through gameplay milestones, refunds, promotional grants, or conversion from loyalty points. The following terms apply to your credits:
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that credits are a discretionary benefit provided by PickUp Pro and not a guaranteed entitlement.
PickUp Pro offers a loyalty program through which users may accumulate points based on game participation, referrals, and other qualifying activities. Loyalty points may be converted to credits or applied to game fees, subject to program rules. PickUp Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without liability to you.
If you choose to leave a registered game, the following refund policy applies:
IMPORTANT: PickUp Pro and 15042062 Canada Inc. assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the cancellation of any game or event, regardless of the reason, timing, or circumstance. This includes cancellations due to weather, venue unavailability, insufficient registrations, technical issues, host decisions, or any other cause.
Where a game is cancelled by the organizer or by PickUp Pro, registered users who have paid will receive a credit refund to their PickUp Pro wallet equal to the amount paid. This credit refund represents the full extent of PickUp Pro's obligation with respect to a cancelled game.
You expressly agree that PickUp Pro shall not be liable for any damages arising from a game cancellation, including but not limited to travel costs, equipment costs, lost time, lost wages, or any other expenses incurred in anticipation of the game.
PickUp Pro reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withhold, cancel, reduce, reverse, or forfeit any credit — including credits issued as refunds — at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or any circumstances PickUp Pro deems warrant such action. You have no guaranteed right to retain any credit balance and acknowledge that credits may be cancelled without recourse.
Participation in recreational sports involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, and economic loss. These risks may arise from actions of other participants, hosts, or organizers; conditions of facilities or equipment; rules of play; weather; or factors beyond our control.
By registering for any game through PickUp Pro, you knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, anticipated and unanticipated, even where arising from the negligence of PickUp Pro, 15042062 Canada Inc., or others.
By registering for a game, you certify that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the relevant activity and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. You agree to inspect facilities and equipment before participation and to refuse participation if you believe anything is unsafe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue PickUp Pro, 15042062 Canada Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or participation in any game or event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your participation in any game; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
In the event of injury or illness during any game, you consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable by emergency responders or medical personnel, and release PickUp Pro and all involved persons from liability in connection with such treatment.
All users must conduct themselves in a respectful, ethical, and sportsmanlike manner. PickUp Pro celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion and strictly prohibits:
Violations may result in a warning, game ejection, temporary or permanent suspension, credit forfeiture, and/or reporting to relevant authorities, at PickUp Pro's sole discretion.
Following game completion, participants and hosts may rate one another and submit conduct feedback. By participating, you acknowledge that:
PickUp Pro offers a referral program through which users may earn loyalty points by inviting new users to the platform. PickUp Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Suspected abuse, including self-referrals or fraudulent accounts, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account termination.

Push notification preferences may be managed in App settings. Opting out of transactional communications may limit certain features.
Your use of PickUp Pro is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including name, phone number, email, location data, and device information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App, including all content, features, trademarks, and software, is owned by 15042062 Canada Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
By participating in any PickUp Pro game or event, you grant PickUp Pro the right to photograph, videotape, or otherwise capture your likeness and image during participation. Such content may be used in all media for promotional and other purposes, without further compensation.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as messages or profile information) but grant PickUp Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display such content in connection with the operation of the Service.
You agree not to use the App to:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PICKUP PRO AND 15042062 CANADA INC. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PICKUP PRO AND 15042062 CANADA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PICKUP PRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which 15042062 Canada Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us in writing before initiating formal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of written notice.
PickUp Pro may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to the community, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination: (a) access to the App ceases; (b) all credits and loyalty points are forfeited; and (c) these Terms survive to the extent necessary to enforce any obligations arising prior to termination.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Deletion results in permanent loss of all account data, game history, credits, and loyalty points.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date above. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email where practicable. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
